2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Consultation:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled consultation time will not incur a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation time may result in a full cancellation fee.
3. Refund Policy

- Refunds will only be issued in cases where the wellness professional fails to provide the agreed-upon services or if the consultation is canceled due to technical difficulties beyond the control of both parties.
- Refund Methods:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be initiated within 24-48 hrs.

- Refund amounts will be based on the cancellation policy outlined above.
4. Exceptions
- Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, the welness professional may reschedule or cancel the consultation without penalty.
- Technical Difficulties: If technical difficulties prevent the consultation from proceeding, both parties will work together to reschedule or refund the consultation fee.
