    • Cancellation: The termination of a scheduled consultation by either the patient or the wellness professional.
    • Refund: The return of the consultation fee to the patient.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Consultation:
    • Cancellations made 60 minutes or more before the scheduled consultation time will not incur a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made within 60 minutes of the scheduled consultation time may result in a full cancellation fee.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Conditions:
    • Refunds will only be issued in cases where the wellness professional fails to provide the agreed-upon services or if the consultation is canceled due to technical difficulties beyond the control of both parties.
  • Refund Methods:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be initiated within 24-48 hrs.
  • Refund Amounts:
    • Refund amounts will be based on the cancellation policy outlined above.

4. Exceptions

  • Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, the welness professional may reschedule or cancel the consultation without penalty.
  • Technical Difficulties: If technical difficulties prevent the consultation from proceeding, both parties will work together to reschedule or refund the consultation fee.
